The Jeffco Advocacy Network is a new non-partisan coalition of engaged residents and influential civic leaders advocating for impactful solutions for our community’s essential needs, deeper social connectedness, and economic prosperity. In 2024 the Network is focused on practical, meaningful, and immediate housing solutions.

Why Housing

Jeffco Housing Graphic

With sky-high prices and interest rates, the American dream of owning your own home is fading for many, especially for younger adults. Jefferson County alone has a shortage of 20,000 homes with rents or mortgages of $1,250 to $3,500/month.

How We Work

Collaborating with local nonprofits, housing authorities, municipalities, elected officials, and the private sector, the Network aims to advocate for practical housing solutions. Our community-driven approach emphasizes increased public awareness, outreach and education in the pursuit of improved housing outcomes for residents in Arvada, Edgewater, Golden, Lakewood, Wheat Ridge and unincorporated Jeffco.
